On November 19, students at more than a dozen campuses in the U.S and the UK are rallying against Palantir in a #NoTechforICE student day of action, protesting the company's work for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Palantir has two active contracts with ICE worth $92 million that have been called "mission critical" to the agency. Its software has been used in workplace raids and has separated families and destroyed communities. One of these contracts is up for renewal on November 27, so we're coordinating across campuses to tell Palantir to stop fueling deportations and stop working with ICE. #CanceltheContract Palantir also has lucrative contracts with universities across the country, paying them thousands of dollars a year for special recruitment access to students. PENN IS ONE OF THESE INSTITUTIONS. Join almost 2,500 students at more than 30 campuses who have signed petitions asking their schools to cut ties with Palantir. Join us.
