This week at Penn check the play ‘Manahatta’, which contrasts Indigenous loss of land with the 2008 financial crisis. The show centers around the Lenape tribe, whose land Philadelphia sits on top of, increasing its relevance for the Penn community.
The show itself is this Thursday through Saturday, at 8pm each night. Performances are located in Penn’s Harrison Rooftop Lounge (Residential College), and Tickets are $5.00 for people with Penncards.
